Refund and Returns Policy

Technical limitations affecting color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device may show a slight colour variation from the original priduct. We cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other details of the product you are purchasing. We shall not be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or visual representations of our products displayed on the website.

All products crafted by Shaadikraft artisans involve various intricate techniques, some of which are unique and cannot be precisely replicated to match the images shown on the website. As a result, slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product may occur, influenced by factors beyond our control.

Returns for Damaged Items

Please always make an unboxing video. In the unfortunate event of defects or damages, please contact us at shaadikraft@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your product, accompanied by photographs highlighting the issue. Our team will promptly address the matter.

We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

 

Terms and Conditions for Non-Refundable Orders

Orders delivered to neighbours/security guards/receptions/letterboxes are non-refundable. Processed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Purchases declined by the recipient are non-refundable. Orders made through Speed Post cannot be refunded. Shipping addresses cannot be edited after order processing.

Eligible for Return

• You may raise a return request within 7 days of item delivery for the following criteria with an unboxing video:
• Receipt of a faulty or defective product.
• Receipt of a physically damaged product.
• Receipt of a different product than described.
• Received a different product.
• Chooda and Kaleera are not eligible for return unless an abnormal incident during the shipping procedure has affected the condition of the product.
• Worn/washed/used products will not be returned or exchanged.
• Products sold as combos/sets, as individual items are non-returnable.
• Customized Products are not eligible for return.

Please note that damages pertaining to receipt of damaged product cannot be claimed without providing an unboxing video.

 

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Normal Delivery time within India is about 8-10 Calendar/Working Days.

We ship globally and delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the order details. Please contact us at +919868932475 to get more information on international orders.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

For perishable products like flower jewelry, delivery attempts will be made only once. Defects in perishable gift orders must be reported within 24 hours by the recipient or sender for replacement consideration. If logistic pickup is unavailable for a particular Pin code, the customer must send the product to our office, and courier charges (100Rs.) will be reimbursed. Items must be in original condition, unused, unaltered, and with original tags and intact brand packaging. Replacements depend on item availability on the website.

Gift vouchers are not eligible for gift coupons.
